Kenneth,
I have just noticed that Viena 0972 and 0973 both introduce a "Default" column to the left of the Global column in the Instrument cell display, with a number of values showing, many of them "0.00". Does this column have any effect? Please excuse the question if the Help file already answers it.

Very good question!
All parameters have a default value which is applied when nothing else has been specified. So, it is both yes and no. The values have a meaning. You cannot change them (or you CAN in the bale, but you shouldn't be allowed to - must fix this!).

A new version has been published. Mostly a few dozen bugs fixed. Just another dozen more to go!

I have been using this version, and have not yet found any problems. Again, many thanks for this program, which is invaluable for my soundfont-making efforts.
