Instrument Control Changes

Can anyone help me understand what I am doing wrong in trying to simulate a Rotary Speaker with CC90 (undefined)
I set a rotary knob on my Alesis MIdi Keyboard to CC90

Generator Target ModLFO -> Volum[dB]
CC90
0 + 1 [positive slope]
Linear
Amount 103

Maybe I'm using the wrong Generator Target?

Should I set the Volum high and Target the LFO Freq ?

What is the Sec. Midi controller for?

I changed the Target to Mod LFO Freq [Hz] with a Mod LFO Volum of 20 for all splits ( any higher distorts )

I set the Mod LFO Freq (Hz) to .5 for all splits so I can hear the effect of slow speed but the CC90 knob is not changing the speed.

Any Help?

I just confirmed midi CC data getting into PC with Midi OX - but I can't get a track in SynthFont2 to respond to expression? ( CC11) Only CC 07 and Pitch bend?

SynthFont2 does indeed respond to CC#11, Expression. Maybe you need to tell me more?

Modulators are tricky. SynthFont2 does not support ALL possible combinations of targets and source (there are hundreds of them).
Additionally, the MOD LFO doesn't itself do anything, you have to connect it to Pitch, Filter or Volume by assigning values to the corresponding variables.

Thank you for writing.

Here is a screen capture of my efforts to have channel pressure increase the speed of the LFO frequency
