Post by Luke Agista » Fri Jun 09, 2017 6:39 am

Hello guys, i'm a new member here, but i've been using Soundfont for about 1 year.
I want to insert some controllers in the Instruments sample. But i dont know what to do.
I'm trying to get portamento sound, so i inserted c005 and c065, but nothing happens.
can anyone help me?

BTW, Portamento is not a SoundFont feature but a MIDI controller. Viena can't do much with it...

Correct. Portamento is ONLY a midi function.

You CAN create similar effects (type of glissando) by using the Modulation Envelope and Mod Env To Pitch. Make the Mod Env rise [slowly] and alter the pitch.
