Sorry about the delay, I've been occupied with other pressing matters.
1) I don't really see what the issue is that you mention in your first post. Do you mean to say that you cannot change the key range? Normally you can do it simply by entering a value or a value pair - like 45-56 - in the table.
2) No sound ... pretty strange. I have no idea. Viena offers three choices: standard MME/WDM, DirectSound and ASIO. ONE of these should work (actually all three, there is no reason why only one or two should work). Please try the Test button in Setup /IO Ports, Playback buffer section.
3) Can't help without a lot more info. Sorry again.
