Modulators

Friends!
SynthFont2 has up to now had a very rudimentary support for SoundFont Modulators. (Go to page 49 in this documenthttp://www.synthfont.com/SFSPEC21.PDF to read about Modulators.)
I have now started to correct this (minor?) limitation. Here are the first versions of SynthFont2 and Viena for you to play with:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1733095/SynthFont2028F.rar
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1733095/Viena0981E.rar

The generator targets supported in SynthFont2 are currently these:
initialAttenuation, initialFilterFc, initialFilterQ, pan, modLfoToPitch, modLfoToFilterFc, modLfoToVolume, freqModLFO
freqVibLFO, vibLfoToPitch, modEnvToFilterFc, modEnvToPitch
attackModEnv, holdModEnv, decayModEnv, sustainModEnv, releaseModEnv
attackVolEnv, holdVolEnv, decayVolEnv, sustainVolEnv, releaseVolEnv

The supported sources are 'Key #', 'Velocity' and all Continuous Controllers. Still missing are the so called INBUILT ones: 'Poly pressure', 'Chnl pressure', 'Pitch Wheel' and 'Pitch Sensitivity'.

Viena does only support 'Key #' and 'Velocity'. I plan to add a control for setting any CC value as well, but this will have to wait.

Don't bother with these versions. I'll provide new ones soon.
